Shipping Policy

Shipping Times and Rates

Currently, we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States (Except Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Babylonni does not ship orders to post office boxes. For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:

 

Standard Ground Shipping: $0 Free standard shipping on any items. Please allow 7-14 business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together.

 

Change of Shipping Address

Before Shipping: Free of charge.

 

After shipment

If you need to change the address while the goods are in transit, please contact us in time, we will try our best to help customers change the address while in transit. (However, due to the complexity of the situation, we cannot guarantee the success rate of address change. We are not responsible for any failure.
PS: We may charge extra fee for changing the address in transit, we will contact you by email communication for the specific fee, if you agree to accept the change fee, we will make the change.

 

Delivered

We don't accept address changing if the package has already been delivered successfully.

 

Claim for A Lost Package

If you did not receive the package after the tracking status shows it has been delivered, please contact us within 3 business days. Otherwise, the customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company directly to start a claim. We don't accept package lost claims after three days from the delivered date.

 

Order Tracking

You track your order and shipping & handling information on your account if you have registered one on www.babylonni.com. If you haven't registered on our site, you can also track your order here with your tracking number. For more shipping information, send an email to support@babylonni.com. We will get back to you in 24 hours.

Complimentary shipping is only available for orders placed on the U.S. website for domestic delivery.

Returns Policy

Regarding customized products, we cannot accept any returns except for cases of logistical damage or quality issues with the goods.

 

After your package is delivered, you can start a return process within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept returns after 14 days. Before starting a return process, the customer needs to contact support@babylonni.com;to get approval for the return. We will not accept returns without permission from Babylonni.


Unused Items

To start a return, make sure the jewelryis unused, free from dirt, dust, and odour-free. It should be in the original package and condition when you received it.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Used Items

We do not accept any returns on used items, except few rare EXTREME cases of breakage/malfunction.

 

Late or Missing Refunds&Shipping Damage Claims

If you have not received a refund after 15 business days of approval, please recheck your bank account and contact your credit card company/bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@babylonni.com.

Shipping Damage Claims

In rare instances, the item may be damaged during transportation as received. If damage occurs due to shipping, please contact support@babylonni.com and provide us with photos or videos proof.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@babylonni.com or support@babylonni.com.

Cancellation

For all orders( including pre-orders), your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. There will be no delay in payment collection, regardless of when the item is expected to ship.

Cancellation of an order after shipment will require the return of the goods and the payment of return shipping charges.


Exchange

Delivered

If you wish to return or exchange your jewelry after it has been delivered, please see the Return Policy.

We do not charge customers for the first return of each quarter.
From the second return in a quarter, you will need to arrange to return the jewelry to our designated warehouse and pay the return fee.

 

NOTICE:

Note: If your return application is approved by Babylonni, you can contact the transporter yourself to return the merchandise to babylonni's designated warehouse and send the return label to us, our warehouse will be verified upon receipt of the goods, and your refund will be returned as soon as possible after the verification is correct!

Please send us a notification with the tracking number after returning any items. Once we receive your return, we will either replace the item with a new product or refund your money. This will be processed in 10 business days. If the returned items do not match the given requirements above, we will not accept the return. We will send it back to you immediately with notifications. Please be aware, restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns.

WARRANTY

Our goal is to provide high quality goods and products. Accordingly, we warrant the goods will meet their specification and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. Please unpack and inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any and all claims must be reported to babylonni within (14) business days without exception.

ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY AND POLICY ON REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES & RESPONSIBILITIES

We stand behind our products and warrant that all item will be free from manufacturing defects and defects in material or problems caused by workmanship for one year from the date of arrival of the jewelry (all free accessories are not covered by the warranty). Please note that minor irregularities and differences in workmanship or natural color may exist, but will not affect the normal use of the product, if found to exist and are not satisfied, please contact us, we will help you to exchange or return!

We cherish all our customers and would like to provide all our precious customers with good service and satisfy all our customers.

This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of babylonni. 

Babylonni’s warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:

WARRANTY PERIOD AND TARGET AUDIENCE TERMS

The warranty would be registered automatically when the initial purchaser ordered it in the online shop. So the warranty is under the INITIAL PURCHASER and the 1-year warranty would be started since the initial owner has received it.

As for the warranty transfer, the jewelry transferee can only enjoy the warranty when the following two conditions are met at the same time:

① The 1-year package hasn't expired since the initial customer has received it.

② The initial owner's name & the initial order number are provided.

 

WARRANTY PROCEDURE

All Babylonni jewelrys carry a one year warranty from the date of arrival of the jewelry for manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship( all free accessories are not covered).

Customers who have warranty issues, like color loss, irregularity, can contact us at support@babylonni.com. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Valid warranty claims will be processed through Babylonni for a period of one year from the date of original retail purchase.

 

There may be some items that we cannot repair, we will only replace the item if it is still available or give you and item of equal or less value (Customer just need to pay for shipping). We do not reimburse any labor costs incurred by the repair service.

Babylonni will not ship anything to the customer without checking photos or videos of the damaged product. The customer needs to provide us with evidence via email.

 

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not cover lost or stolen items or defects or damage due to normal wear and tear or caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or misapplication. Do not expose Babylonni products to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the Product. These include, but are not limited to pools, hot tubs, and spas.

 

SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS

In rare case, the product will be damaged in the process of shipping. If shipping damage occurs, please contact support@babylonni.com and provide us with relevant photos or videos.

All free accessories are not covered to be claimed for replacement or compensation if there are scratches during transportation.

Important:
1. Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of babylonni.com and/or babylonni stores or pop-ups) are not covered under babylonni's warranty. Please reach out to the company the items were purchased from.

2. We do not recommend having our products worked on by outside jewellers as this voids any potential for refund or replacement (should a defect develop due to their work). This includes resizing or any type of repair work.

3. Please note that in order for us to continue improving, we may require any defective piece to be sent back to us for inspection and quality auditing.

4. Promotional products may be excluded from our warranty policy.
